Washtech is proud to introduce new CD Series and CDe Series conveyor dishwashers, the next generation of New Zealand’s best-selling conveyor dishwasher family. With enhanced technologies and a refined design, our new conveyor line-up represents an important evolution in a time when sustainability and cost-effectiveness are increasingly vital for conveyor operators.
The most prominent feature of the refined design is an all-new control panel design, which delivers the same functionality as before with greater simplicity and clarity. For the first time, digital gauges and illuminated stainless steel buttons are standard on all conveyor models, which contribute to the enhanced fit and finish of the new design.
CD Series consists of new CD120, CD180 and CD240 models, which have been re-engineered to deliver the same great wash results at speeds 20% faster than their predecessors (CD100, CD150 and CD200). This means that these three new models now have standard dishwashing capacities of 120, 180 and 240 racks per hour respectively. The new CD120 and CD180 also see improvements in water consumption from a refined rinse system, now consuming just 240 litres per hour in typical operation, a 20% reduction compared to their predecessors (CD100 and CD150).
Additionally, our highly effective integrated heat recovery unit (HRU) is now available as a build-to-order option on CD Series models, making this energy-saving technology more accessible to more operators. CD Series models optioned with the HRU use up to 45% less power during final rinse. Like the CDe Series, CD Series models with HRU are certified for operation without an extraction canopy in most scenarios.
CDe Series continues to consist of CDe120, CDe180 and CDe240 models, which deliver the same standard dishwashing capacities while using 33% less rinse water and 60% less final rinse power compared to standard CD Series models.
